Biography
Michelle Perez is a CSR in our Personal Lines department. Michelle loves helping clients and strives for customer satisfaction. She has a friendly greeting for each client she assists, and she manages a busy workload with ease. Her background in management and accounts receivable have helped Michelle build a knowledge base that benefits each of the clients she serves on a daily basis. Michelle attended College of DuPage and holds her Property & Casualty License. When she’s not at work, Michelle loves to get in some exercise with a trip to the gym or spending time outdoors, and she loves spending quality time with her children, whether they’re visiting a local park or going to sports and music practices. Michelle strives to make the insurance process and transition as easy as possible for the customer. She is here to listen to your needs and help to accommodate any concerns.
