Biography
Stephanie Bray is a CSR in our Commercial Lines department. Stephanie is focused on strong customer service through dependability, creativity, and problem solving. Stephanie joined us with a background in customer service for an engraving/trophy production company, and she has also worked as the Office Manager for a music school. She graduated from Northern Michigan University (Go Wildcats!) with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Illustration, minoring in photography. She holds her Property & Casualty License. When she’s not at work, Stephanie loves spending time with her husband and daughter and her cat. She loves to read, travel, hike, camp, and try new foods. Her motto is, “You have to try everything once!” Stephanie loves working with people. Making a client’s day easier and seeing a client satisfied with their policy is what drives Stephanie. She approaches each client interaction with a positive mindset and a client-driven attitude.
